Dear Chief Moore and the Fighters and EMS personnel of Fire District 4:
I would like to take this means to express my sincere congratulations to Chief Kenneth Moore and the personnel of St. Tammany Fire Protection District #4, Mandeville Fire/EMS, for attaining International Accreditation from The Commission on Fire Accreditation International. This marks only the second Fire department in the State of Louisiana, our sister department Slidell being the first. This is quite a milestone in the history of our department. As I said to the Commission just minutes ago, it is a tremendous pleasure for me to be associated with such a fine group of professional Firefighters and Emergency Medical Personnel. In my opinion, there are none finer. Again, for the citizens we serve, thank you for going the extra mile in making our fire district the very best it can be! I can assure everyone, that your Board of Commissioners will do everything in our power to maintain this state of professional excellence for our Fire District #4.
